Three ways to use the Craft Room

Scheduled
We host recurring Bring Your Own Craft virtual nights on a rotating schedule — different times each session so everyone around the world gets a good slot at some point. Check the group for upcoming dates!

Anytime
You don’t have to wait for a scheduled event. Jump in whenever you’re crafting and post in the Facebook group: “I’ll be in the Craft Room working on [project] — come join if you want company!” Just include your time zone. 🌍

Ask for help
Stuck on something? Post in the group: “Trying to do [thing] and having a hard time — anyone free to hop on the Craft Room for a few minutes?” Someone might just show up for you. 💛

We have members from the Americas, Europe, Australia, and beyond. We rotate our event times so nobody always gets the weird 2am slot. Introduce yourself, find your people, and make friends you didn’t know you needed. ✨

This is a safe, encouraging space. To keep it that way, here’s what we ask of every member:
- Be kind and respectful. This is a judgment-free zone. Everyone is at a different stage — whether you’re just starting out or have been crafting for years. Encourage, support, and celebrate each other.
- Support over perfection. Not everything has to be perfect here. Share your wins, your unfinished projects, and even your frustrations. We’re here to learn and grow together.
- No negativity or harsh criticism. Constructive feedback is always welcome when asked — but please keep it kind. If you wouldn’t say it to a friend, don’t say it here.
- Zero tolerance for hate or discrimination. Everyone is welcome here. We celebrate different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Any form of hate speech or disrespect based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or background will not be tolerated.
- Protect your privacy. Please be mindful when sharing personal information. You should never feel pressured to share anything you’re not comfortable with.
- Be cautious with money or requests. If anyone asks for money, personal details, or anything that feels off — trust your instincts. This group is not responsible for any interactions or arrangements made between members.
- No spam or unapproved promotion. To keep this space focused on connection, please don’t promote products, services, or links unless it’s been approved or shared during designated promo opportunities (like our Creative Business Thread).
- Participate at your own discretion. All meetups (virtual or in-person) and interactions are voluntary. By participating, you agree to take personal responsibility for your own safety, choices, and experiences.
- Have fun and connect. This space is about friendship as much as crafting. Take your time, join in when you’re ready, and enjoy being part of the community. 💛
- You have the right to speak up. If something doesn’t feel right or you have a concern, please reach out to admin directly. We want this to always feel like a safe space for everyone.
